1:1 sessions are unique and private, tailored to you. The first session is about building trust and creating a comfortable space for expression, to find the root cause of issues and reframe your mindset.

I can help you harness everyday tools, like mindfulness, to shift your perspectives and change your world.

First and foremost, the exact sessions are unique and private and will, therefore, differ from person to person.

After all, that is the beauty and nature of a 1:1 personal setting and a part of the magic of the 1:1 relationship between two people.

That said, here's a rough overview of what you can expect!

What will the first session entail?

Your first session with me is about laying the foundations we need to work well together.

In a word, that foundation is trust.

It is my job to build trust and, in doing so, create a space where you can comfortably express your feelings.

Together, we can leave behind the stresses and noise of daily life, remove our masks, and get down to the essence and "nitty gritty."

We will work together to find that one moment, that one "thing" that started us on our journey - positive or negative.

The sessions are an exchange of energies.

If you share with me and open up, as an essential part of building that foundational trust, I will share and open up, too.

We will learn together, as much as one another.

The purpose of each session is unique to the individual but relates to the spiritual, subconscious self and finding the root cause of our situation.

How you talk about things often reveals what's going on subconsciously.

I offer you mindset reframing - changing your external world by focusing on your internal world.

From our perspectives come our realities, so let's be open and vulnerable and explore how your subconscious could be ruling you.

I'll help you understand where specific issues you are facing are coming from and why they are coming up.

You will leave with a different way of viewing and thinking about your life, begin to shift your internal thoughts, and, thus, see your external world change.

We are creatures of our subconscious, and what I teach is introspection - the practice of looking within.

Acknowledge the darker parts of oneself in an open environment and recognise their control over us.

Sometimes, we need encouragement to get it out and reframe our challenges.

While some of the experience is a secret, I will be an ear and a mirror of your subconscious and provide tools to help you harness mindfulness's power daily!
