Lee has changed our whole way of thinking. So I invested for a second time into some more 121 sessions with Lee after having some issues resurface that I have faced on and off over the last 9 years
I have had cbt and therapy to try and get to the bottom of why these issues resurface but unfortunately never got to the bottom of it
During my session with Lee this week we discovered a traumatic event that happened when I was just 3 years old has been the deep rooted cause to a lot of issues that I’ve had
I can’t explain how I feel to finally have a reason behind what’s been going on
